FLAHERTY, Joan…..
Surrounded by her family at Parkwood Hospital, on Sunday, August 28, 2011, Joan (Dakin) Flaherty of London in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Norman T. Flaherty (1981). Loving mother of Brian Flaherty and his wife Sandi of London and Lynda Coulson and her husband Jim of Westborough, MA. Proud grandmother of Carrie, Sean, Christy, Brittany and Tom. Dear sister of Pat Foy and her husband Patrick and Marjorie Morland. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Cremation with a private interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. A celebration of Joan’s life will be conducted at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 397 Springbank Drive, London, on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 11:00am, with Reverend Canon K. Sam Thomas officiating. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to St. Michael and All Angels Anglican – Memorial Fund, 397 Springbank Drive, London ON N6J 1G7. A.
