Sue and Sandy:
As you know, I first met your mother a few years ago when she hired me to look after her cat while she was on vacation. She was a warm, charming and delightful lady who obviously had a soft spot in her heart for animals and I liked her very much. Please know that my thoughts are with you at this time.
