All I can say is that Ferenc was a genuine great guy. He was consistently in a good mood and was never disrespectful to anyone. I am truly blessed to have known him, and even though I haven’t seen him for a long time, I’ve never forgotten the times we spent together playing hockey. Although this may sound a bit cliche, Ferenc’s death is a representation that the Lord takes the best people away from us too soon. I will miss you buddy; rest now. See you someday, Matt Gianotti.
My deepest sympathy to the family.Although I didn’t know you ,I knew your wonderful mother. My prayers are with the family
Frank,
You are a shining light in so many of our lives. The joy you brought your friends and family cannot be summarazed by mere words, and the sorrow that we feel now that you are gone runs so deep. Frank, you touched the lives of everyone who knew you with warmth, kindness and love. You gave new meaning to the word friend and I know that all of us have lost a part of ourselves with you. You always brought us together, and together we now stand incomplete. And even though we won’t share a foos ball battle, or dance at a show, you will be there in our hearts forever.
To the family of Ferenc, take comfort knowing that he made all our lives better. My deepest sympathies for you.
Frank-dawg, You will be missed, you will be cherished and 2 am bacon will never smell the same.

My heart is breaking for your family…I can’t fathom the pain. I am praying for you all. Throw yourselves on the Lord for comfort…HE is crying too.
As one of Frank’s hockey coaches I always enjoyed having Frank on my team. He was very coachable and respectful to the coaching staff, his teammates and opponents. I would have been proud to have a whole team of players like Frank. My deepest sympathies.
My deepest sympathy to the Horvath family on the loss of someone so dear to you all. I pray for God’s comforting embrace and peace for each one of you in this time of grief.
So so sorry to here of the passing of your son/brother. Our love and prayers go out to you at this time of loss.
Our sincere condolences. Our hearts go out to you in this time of sorrow.
The memories of our loved ones will never die, they are a comfort in times of deep sorrow. May the memory of the love you gave Ferenc, and the love he gave you stay with you always.
We love you all, and will keep you close in our thoughts and prayers in the coming weeks. ” Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted”.
Frankie,
I’m sitting here not really knowing what to say or think, but I know with you watching down on me I will be able to build up the strength and courage to find the words that really described what you meant to me. You were my oldest and one of my best friends, we shared so much together, the battle field in soccer, baseball and hockey, many nights on the couch watching Rem take it home for the Oilers during their magical runs, many concerts, camping trips, so much more that I should leave unsaid. You meant and still mean so much to me, the crew and your family. They love you and will never forget you. I have saved a large piece of my heart for you buddy and know that will will meet again one day for a game of mini sticks and backyard baseball (one handed home runs by Jamie) “what a hit by Gilmour” I will rock your jersey with pride knowing you were such a big part of creating the man I am today. You taught me a a lot about what it means to be a true friend and I’m forever blessed for that gift.
Love Jordan

We are truly saddened by the loss of our dear nephew, Ference, who left us way to early. May he rest in peace. Our prayers and caring thoughts go out to his loving family.
Though I never got to really know Ferenc he always seemed like a kind hearted person, always with a smile on his face, making people laugh. May he rest in peace, and live on through the people he touched.
My thoughts, along with many others, go out to his friends and family.
My sincerest condolences to all of you. I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts.
Praying for you, at this sad time and deeply grieving along side you.
With love, Marcy

Love and prayers,

My condolences… I taught Ferenc at FCCS when he joined the school in 1998 and I remember him being a kind and gentle boy with an easy smile. So sorry.
Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Although I did not know Ferenc in person, I feel like I knew him well through his mother Annette. I have been a bystander as he has grown into a man over the years and know about the wonderful qualities he possessed.
To Annette and “the girls”, I wish you peace in this time of mourning and strength for the times ahead. You have lots of people to support you as you grieve, including me.
Sincerely,
Heather (Gloria’s daughter) and family
Sending strength and love to the Horvath family and close friends. It is times like this that we need it the most. While we all share pain in Ferenc’s death, it is our love that we share for Ferenc that will prevail. Whenever I saw Ferenc, he always, always brightened my day. I can only hope to show others the light and warmth he shared with everyone he met. God bless
Dear Andraya,
My heart goes out to you….and your family….and my prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother Andraya. All your friends here at the VON are thinking of you and your family.
Annette and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I know that you will have love, support and prayers from all who knew your sonbrother.
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Ferenc’s passing. My strongest memories of him are from the FCCS days. Ferenc was on the flagging team. He was always so diligent and polite. He was a quiet student and well liked by his peers. He and his 7 other flagging team members led the March for Jesus in London in 1999.
I extend my deepest sympathies to the family. I am so sorry for your loss.
Ruth
Ferenc,
You taught me so much. You were a great man and a true friend.
You will be missed more than words can say, but you will never be forgotten.
What can I say…I think back to the time when we were kids. We used to play guns and robbers and Lego!!! The girls would get mad that I wasn’t playing barbies and dolls with them. You were a light in the darkness. You were silent in all of this madness we can life. I love you man! All of my thoughts and prayers are with our family in this time of sorrow.
Nadine
Sadness fills our hearts. Ferenc was a kind and respectful man who will be missed forever. He touched us with his laughter and kindness. Our family loved him and he will never be forgotten. Our prayers are with you.
I can still picture a ~10 year old Ferenc running around and singing out loud. That was the last time I had the privledge to meet him. I’m not a very emotional man, but my eyes tear up everytime I now think of that moment.
Annette and family…words cannot express how I feel. Our hearts are with you.
RIP Ferenc – you’re in His hands now.
Gonna miss ya bud. We had some good times! Epic days ripping the mountain, sunny days throwing the football on the beach, lazy days tubing the river, and always laughing and joking while we did it. I’ll never forget. Peace bro!
Annette: I cannot begin to know the depth of your loss. You have good friends and family; along with your church and faith to lean on. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear Annette & family. I can,t believe your faith & strength that you protrayed through this most difficult time. You are an inspiration! If in the days to come you are having a bad day, give a call & we can spend time together. Love & prayers your sister Theresa

People do not die for us immediately, but remain bathed in a sort of aura of life which bears no relation to true immortality but through which they continue to occupy our thoughts in the same way as when they were alive. It is as though they were traveling abroad. ~Marcel Proust
Safe travels Ferenc x
My heart and prayers go out to you Annette, Romika and Andraya. I’m so saddened by your loss.
There is no question in my mind after today that Ferenc, who was so gentle and so quiet, was well respected, cherished and even more importantly so so loved. If he didn’t know that before he sure found out today as he watched those who love him gather together packing out the church barely leaving any standing room. What a blessing that must have been even for your own hearts to see.
For me, this last week has been a time of Ashley and I reminiscing about Ferenc. It has also been a time of valuing my own loved ones, drawing them in just a little closer, holding onto them a little tighter and telling them more how much I love them.
May the Lord continue to strengthen you as He has already been so faithful to do.
Love, Liz
Dear Frank, Annette,Andrea and Romeka. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all, I believe ferenc was a great inspiration to many he knew,I no this can’t be easy, although,I can see God has give you all great strenght, the stories that were told at the service were so amazing, and so full of love and compassion. I think if anything God was trying to say to everyone was Ferenc did not want for anything he was happy with what he had, he was not materialistic,he was kind, commpassionate a true friend a greatg brother a good son. He was content in many many ways,If anything we can all learn that,he was full of Christ more then some people thought. My prayer is I hope the people who attended the service will really here and apply what was said about Ferenc and truly change there lives to be more like Christ.
May God richly bless this family and bring unity, and healing beyond your own understanding.Thank you for all your kindness in the past years, you’s have given me and if there is anything I can do in return just call, I’ll be there.

I was shocked to hear the news of your loss. I can not imagine the pain of losing a brother. I pray that our Lord God will be your comfort and heal your hearts.
Ferenc, what a amasing young man,he was loved by so many.although i just met him for a short time,he seemed to be very quite but very polite when talking to him.Reading the condolence i can see we had a lot in common. We both loved the out doors, and some day when i’am in heaven,i plan to build a log cabin along a lake.I hope to meet Ferenc there,so he can help me build it.That way i can get to know him more.Annette and family after looking at all the pictures of him,he was so loved what a great family you all are,he was so lucky to have you.In my heart i know you will all meet again.Take care and God bless.
I only just heard about Frank from my son Nick. We used to pass on the street in years past (since Wortley) and he never once failed to recognize me and offer a smile and a cheerful word. I will miss that. One fine man.
