Maxine will be greatly missed by all of her choir friends at Wellington Street United Church. She was a great inspiration. She was someone you felt privileged to call friend.
I only knew this kind soul for a short time; she was always soft spoken and always had a kind word and a pat for my little pug dog.
I will miss Maxine at our Leah Way Reunion (Wellington Street Church)
I’m proud & happy to say I’ve been a friend for just about 50 years & have wonderful memories of times spent with Maxine. We bought George’s Buick & she always was glad to hear we are still happy with it. She was a true friend & will be missed.
Mrs, Mills was a friend of my late wife, Corinne. I think they met at their hair dressers and came to enjoy one another. We lived then at 555 Berkshire Drive, but I am now in Chartwell Seniors’ Residence on Riverside Drive. My sympathy to the family in the loss of this delightful lady whom my wife was honoured to call her friend. Ralph King
I feel very priveledged to have known this very wonderful, caring, classy lady. Her stamina was a wonderful example for others to follow. I will miss her.
