I am saddened by the passing of your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I never met Alberta but she did marry into a great family. Frank and my father(Bill) were brothers. My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time.
Deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mom. I remember meeting her many years ago when she visited St. John’s, Nfld. with her husband Uncle Frank Hickey. He & my Mom (Nellie Hickey) were brother & sister. May she rest in peace.
My deepest condolensces to the family. Although it has been many, many years since I saw Birtie, her sister June always updated us on her life. May she rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathy to the family on the loss of Birtie. She will always be fondly remembered.
We were so saddened to hear of Birties passing. We are Bobbies family from Elmwood. Birtie and Bobbie were room mates after my Dad passed away in 2004. We bought Birties dishclothes at Christmas and other times, went to visit her in the dining room and spoke to her every chance we got. She was a wonderful lady who will be missed greatly. The world is a less wonderful place without her in it.
