Obituary
NITARSKI, Edith Inge
Surrounded be her family and friends at University Hospital on April 9, 2011 Edith Inge (Breffke) Nitarski in her 78th year. Devoted mother to Wally Graeme and his wife Cindy of London. Proud and loving Oma to Calvin Graeme. Edith is survived by her brother Jurgen Breffke (Margrith), nephews Jens Breffke, Nils Breffke, Tom Wager (Jill), Tom Haag (Robin), and niece Connie Haag. Predeceased by her sister and best friend Margaret Wager, and brother Henry Breffke.
Edith cherished her family friends and will be sadly missed by Inge Schirmer, the Schaeffer family, the Berkshire Babes, Susan and Hope Burke, and all of her good friends in the condo complex. The family would like to thank the team in the cardiac care unit at University Hospital for their compassion and care. Edith will be remembered for her kindness, her love of animals (including her cat Flo and grand dog Rosie) and her indomitable spirit. Saturday mornings at the Graeme home will never be the same without her weekly visits accompanied by cookies and treats for her grandson. She will be missed beyond words, and forever in our hearts. Friends will be received by the family on Saturday April 16, 2011 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm (1 hour prior) at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be conducted in the chapel at 1:00pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Animalert, P.O Box 24042, London, ON, N6H 5C4 would be appreciated. Online condolences at www.amgfh.com
