I am glad we all got to meet Daisy. May your memories of her be a comfort to you at this sad time.

I met Daisy a few years ago and was immediately enchanted by her friendliness and warmth.
She had a zest for life and I treasure the times I was able to benefit from her sunny nature and wealth of knowledge and experience. My thoughts are with all of Daisy’s family at this time. Katheleen
Daisy was a wonderful friend. Visiting her on Saturdays was always a treat and I missed her immensely after moving to Halifax. I knew her for almost a decade, and always enjoyed her cheerful company. We built puzzles, baked cookies, ate ice cream, walked in the park, visited friends, she taught me to knitt, we enjoyed fall colours and christmas lights. Daisy taught me so much about life, hope and happiness. If I am lucky enough to live to be 96 (!!) I hope to be as energetic, happy, loving and positive as she was – a fantastic exaple of how to live, and live well.
My love and thoughts are with Gillian, Jennifer and family. May your happy memories sustain you through your sadness.
We were all very sad to hear that Daisy has passed away. My mother Alice was her table mate at St Mary’s. She has spoken many times about Daisy since moving to Montreal last August. My husband Tim, my father Hugh and myself knew Daisy as well and are all saddened by this news. She was a truly lovely person, with a sweet smile on her face and kind words to say. We had some lovely conversations with her at Mt Hope.
Daisy’s granddaughter Jennifer helped my mother at Parkwood Hospital, for which we are grateful.
We are thinking about the whole family at this time.
