To: Anne, Bryon, Chris and Andrew, and Margaret.
I was saddened to read of your mother’s passing. I regret that we will be away for the next five days, so I will not be able to give you my condolences personally, which I would like to have done.
I play in he Shrine Concert Band, which has given concerts at Chartrwell several times since your mother has been a resident there. Each time we have been there she always came up to greet me while I was packing up my instrument, to say hello and to express her personal thanks for the concert.
She and your father were such fine people who I enjoyed knowing for so many years. I have always appreciated having all of of the Sheir family as patients and friends.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We’ll all miss Aunt Mary but greatly treasure the memories of her with love and a smile.
Jessie Babcock is unable to leave her condolences here, but her family knows that she would be saddened by the passing of her dear friend and
would tell Anne and Margaret that they are in her thoughts.
