HOE, Rhoda…….Peacefully surrounded by her family at University Hospital, London on Friday, April 30, 2010, Rhoda May (Dumerton) Hoe of London in her 79th year, went to be with her Lord. Beloved wife of Edgar Robert Hoe of 58 years. Loving mother of Charles Hoe (Janice) of London, Debra Freeman (Gerald) of Lakeshore and Karen Bell (Jim) of Waterloo. Cherished grandmother of James and Mary Hoe, Christopher Freeman (Katherine), Trevor Freeman and Jeff and Steven Bell. Rhoda was always delighted with her two great-granddaughters Natalie and Sophia Freeman. Dearest sister of Lois MacTavish (Cameron) and Burton Dumerton (Marilyn). Predeceased by her brother Bill Dumerton (1956). Special thanks to the staff at Chelsey Park 5th floor and University Hospital 4th floor “A”, for the excellent and compassionate care Rhoda received. Cremation to take place. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9pm on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London and at the church one hour prior (12:00 – 1:00 pm) to the service. The celebration of Rhoda’s life will be conducted on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 1:00pm at The Salvation Army – London Citadel, 555 Springbank Drive, London, with Major Earle Birt officiating.
