    Dear Aunt Gertie and family,
    I want to let you know how much we are thinking of you now, and have been praying for all of you especially these last few months. It wasn’t possible for us to come but I wanted to be there so much and see you and give you a hug. We love you and we loved Uncle Doug very much. He is safe Home now, in His presence where there is fullness of joy forever. What a thought! And it is reality for him.

    I was sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing away. Our family will be remembering your family in our prayers. We pray that the God of all comfort will be your strength and comfort at this very difficult time. We are rejoicing with you that your Dad is now in the presence of our loving heavenly Father. Gord, your Dad is now whole again and worshiping at the feet of Jesus. We pray that the funeral will be a blessing and encouragement to all of your family and it will also be a time of remembering all of the special times spent with your Dad. Give our love to the kids.
