I am very sorry to hear of your sorrow, I am from the Port Glasgow trailor park, he used to come in & play cards with the ladies, I play music & sing & he always enjoyed listening to it,we recently went to a pig roast, he was there , but just as soon as the meal was over he was back at the park ready to play cards, we all left about the same time but he bet us back there , & the guy wasn’t there yet with the key to let us in , he said to us what took you so long & laughed about it. He really enjoyed playing. We had a moment silence for him the other night before we started to play & sang a hymn for him.
David may you rest in peace buddy until we meet again

Lynn and Gary,
Please forgive my name blunder. I was distracted. I wondered why he was referred to as Rodney (Oops, city). We only knew him as Dave. David, if you hear me in heaven, forgive my carelessness. Perhaps, it gave you a chuckle up there.

We had on serveral occassions had the pleasure of being in the presence of Rodney at Gary and Lynn Kelly’s home for family celebrations. Our impression of Rodney was that he was a kind and gentle soul that would lend a hand to anyone without question. We admired his commitment to care for his ailing father. Rodney was always a warm, positive person that cast a ray of sunshine when he entered a room. If there is a special place in heaven for those who gave of themselves so freely, Rodney would be there.
We are saddened by his untimely death and our hearts are heavy for your loss. May he rest in peace.
Sincerely,
Joe and Bernadette Kelly, Loura, Tom, Frasia and Hayleigh Morrison
